Pune (Maharashtra) [India] May 31 (ANI/NewsVoir): CRISIL has upgraded the rating of Sahyadri Industries Limited (SIL) to "CRISIL BBB/positive/CRISIL A3". According to CRISIL, one of the main driving forces of SIL is its established market position in the corrugated AC board industry. SIL has been producing AC boards under the Swastik brand. Other brands CEMPLY Flat Sheet and ECOPRO Fiber Cement Board are almost synonymous in their product categories. It exists in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Chattisgarh and Orissa . CRISIL gave a "positive outlook" in its statement and expressed its belief that SIL will continue to benefit from its established market position in the medium term. If the company increases its operating scale while maintaining operating profit margins and working capital cycles, financial risk profile and liquidity, the rating may be upgraded.
