Fort Worth (CBSDFW.COM)-We saw for the first time a violent accident last week involving a Clayburn ambulance that took five people to the hospital and two others were injured.

The accident occurred at Chisholm Trail Parkway near Overton Ridge, south of I-20, after 3:15 pm on November 11.

The North Texas Toll Highway Authority video obtained through a CBS 11 public record request shows an ambulance driving into the back end of a cement truck.

The force of the collision cuts the ambulance box from the chassis.

Seven people were injured. At the time, MedStar described all injuries as minor injuries.

Cleburne Fire Chief Scott Lail told CBSDFW that the paramedics on board were all normal and resumed work.

He said that any decision to impose disciplinary action on the ambulance driver will be handled internally.
